You can feel it in the lighter mornings, in the birdsong that seems just a little more certain, in the way the earth is beginning to soften beneath your feet. March sits right on the threshold… not quite Winter, not quite Spring… but something in between. A turning point.
You can sing loudly around the fire, let your voice carry through the trees… Or you can hum quietly to yourself, feeling the rhythm settle into your body… Or simply listen, letting the words and melodies wash over you.
It all counts.
If you’re joining us in the woods this month, you might like to take a moment to familiarise yourself with the lyrics beforehand. It can help ease any nerves & let you settle more fully into the experience.
And if you’re not with us in person, you’re still very much part of it. Sing at home. Whisper the words on a walk. Let them become part of your own rhythm, your own practice, your own way of marking the season.
